PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
---------------------------------------------
 

1.  Scrap site visit is available only after signing the contract and NC/ND.

 

2.    Payment Instrument: Irrevocable, Transferable, Revolving, Divided and Confirmed Letter of Credit (L/C) to the Seller.


3.     Prices  Delivery Terms: CIF (US$-----)


4.     Every shipment shall be paid according to a combination of two terms: FOB & CIF as the seller requires two payments points per shipment. The first payment upon the Seller’s delivery of the commodity FOB at the Origin Loading Port. At this point the Buyer shall pay 50% of the shipment L/C.


5.   The second point of payment is upon the goods shipment delivered to the Buyer’s destination port (CIF). At this point the Buyer shall pay the remaining %50 of the shipment to the seller out of the L/C.


6.     Paymaster/ Intermediaries commission US$------ per metric ton.


7.     Scrap site will be available for the Buyer to visit after signing an agreement between The Seller and the Buyer under the supervision of the Paymaster. 


8. The Buyer shall issue an Irrevocable, Transferable, Revolving, Divided and Confirmed Documentary Letter of Credit (L/C) containing TWO beneficiaries; the seller and Mr. Magdy Salah El-Sayed Abdel-Hameed, President & CEO of Canada International Limited (CIL) that may be referred to as (“The Paymaster”).


9. The Paymaster will be responsible for the commission payment of the other intermediaries under the umbrella of Canada International Limited (CIL).


10. The Buyer shall AGREE to issue two separate payments; one for the seller and one for the Paymaster (With the payment means/instruments proposed by the Paymaster in a separate request.
 

Notes:

  • All the prices are in USD.

  • Payment is non- negotiable.

  •  عبر اعتماد بنكي مستندي مجزء ومعزز ودائري وقابل للتحويل وغير قابل للنقض أو الإلغاء مدة العقد
    ويصرف مقابل الفاتورة التجارية وبوليصة الشحن .

  •  يدفع المشتري مبلغ 50% عند تسليم البضاعة على سطح السفينة FOB

  • وعند  استلام البضاعة من قبل المشتري في ميناء الوصول CIF يسدد المشتري 50% الباقية خصما من خطاب الاعتماد المستندي   L/C

  • ضمان جودة الأداء: يقوم البائع بإصدار ضمان أداء PB بنسبة اثنان بالمائة % 2من قيمة الاعتماد البنكي L/C  يصرف في حال التأخير

  •  يمكن للمشتري بعد حجز كامل الكمية تجزئتها إلى ثلاثين الف طن 30,000

  • يمكن للمشتري تجزئة الكمية إلى عدد من الموانئ عالمية آمنة.

  •  يمكن للمشتري معاينة الكمية التي سوف تشحن بعد إبرام اتفاقية ملزمة

  • السعر يشمل تكاليف القص والتصفية والتحميل و التعبئة والتأمين والشحن.

  • الأسعار: يضمن البائع للمشتري عدم تغير أو تبديل الأسعار مدة العقد.

  • التقويم : إن التقويم هو التاريخ الميلادي .

  • العملة : دولار أمريكي

  • تنبيه: تقبل الشيكات المصرفية انترناشيونال مع مراعاة أيام التحصيل أو الأجازات الرسمية أو التحويل البنكي .

  • الصلاحية : مدة صلاحية هذا العرض --------
